All Sandjam’R™ products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Sandjam'R Nitro-C skimboards (Ripp' and Snapp'R style) are guaranteed against structural cracks and fractures from normal use by the original owner for life provided tha the board has not intentionally abused or modified. If a Nitro-C skimboard is functionally damaged we will repair or replace it free of charge when it is returned to Sandjam’R™ along with dated proof of purchase. This guarantee applies to original Nitro-C board owners only and does not apply for commercial use. In no event will Sandjam’R, Inc. be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from use. In the unlikely event you need to return your board please send it to:
